Bespoke travel design
Ivylatti Travel designs curated, culturally immersive journeys for travelers who want to know a place, learn its rhythms, and let it take root in them.
The Ivylatti way
It should reflect your curiosity, your pace, and the moments that matter most to you. We create thoughtfully curated journeys that go beyond the expected, balancing exceptional places to stay with meaningful experiences and the freedom to discover a destination in your own way.
Identity forward
Every traveler arrives as a whole person. Whether you're traveling solo, part of the LGBTQ+ community, Black or Brown, disabled travelers, or simply seeking a journey that reflects who you are, we design with your identity, experiences, and preferences in mind.
We take the time to understand your needs, the complexities you navigate, and the communities that matter to you, then we make each journey intuitive, welcoming, and matched to your own pace. Tell us how you move through the world, and we choose the hosts, the places, and the welcome so that where you go speaks directly to who you are.
Start the conversationWhere we know the streets
Bagels pulled from wood-fired ovens, a bilingual table of Québécois and French cooking, Mile End studios, and market halls brimming with the harvest.
A parrilla lit at dusk, Malbec from Mendoza, milongas in San Telmo, and long café mornings in a city that keeps its own hours.
Waterfalls stepped through the green hills, a jerk pit smoking by the roadside, reggae drifting from a beach bar, and slow blue mornings where the sea sets the pace.
In their words
"I wanted to experience Paris beyond the usual highlights, and Ivylatti made that happen. Every day felt like the perfect mix of iconic moments and hidden gems I never would have discovered on my own. Months later, I am still thinking about that trip."
"I was excited to visit Bogotá, but I wasn't sure where to begin. Ivylatti made the planning feel effortless and created an itinerary that brought the city to life, from early mornings at a coffee finca to an unforgettable night of salsa."
"We wanted our San Francisco weekend to feel special, and Ivylatti thought through every detail. The experience felt authentic and gave us the chance to see our own city in a completely new way."
Our story
Our belief
A good journey looks simple from the inside and takes real care to build. We plan for the quiet hours as deliberately as the highlights, leaving room to wander, to linger over a long afternoon, and to change your mind.
Who we are
Carl, our founder, designs experiences that encourage experimentation, build connection, and spark joy. That instinct grew into Ivylatti Travel.
It is inspired by his grandmother Ivy, whose community table drew family and friends together and measured the hours in laughter and long conversation, and by his father Latti, who shared fantastical adventures of traveling to interesting, faraway places. Ivylatti is a tribute to living life at your own pace.

How it works
Your enquiry begins with a short form that opens in a separate, secure window handled by Tern, our client management system. Nothing is collected on this website itself.
Select “Start your enquiry” below. A pop-up window opens with our secure Tern form. If your browser blocks pop-ups, it opens in a new tab instead.
Share as much or as little as you like: where your curiosity is pointing, your dates, your pace, your budget. A few minutes is all it takes.
We read every note ourselves and reply within two working days with a conversation, never a form letter. Together we design a journey that takes root.
Opens in a secure Tern window. Our services, rates, and terms are published here.
Prefer to talk first?
If a form is not your style, write or call us instead. Tell us where your curiosity is pointing, a chapter of your own story you want to grow, a pace that suits you, and we will take it from there.

This Privacy Policy explains how Ivylatti Travel LLC (“Ivylatti,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and keeps your personal information. It covers ivylatti.com, the intake and booking forms we provide through Tern, our email and text communications with clients, and the work we do to plan and book your travel.
This policy is written for residents of the United States. We process and store personal information in the United States, under United States law.
This policy does not cover the practices of airlines, hotels, tour operators, or other travel suppliers that receive your information. Each of them maintains its own privacy policy.
We do not collect personal information through forms hosted on our own website. Inquiries, traveler onboarding, and booking details are collected through secure forms operated by Tern Software, Inc. (“Tern”), our client management system.
We collect information from you, from whoever is booking travel on your behalf, from travel suppliers confirming your reservations, and automatically from your device when you visit our website.
Where a fixed period does not fit, we keep information for as long as we need it to deliver the travel you booked, resolve any dispute arising from it, and meet our tax, accounting, and insurance obligations. We collect only what a booking reasonably requires.
Some of what we collect is sensitive under California and other state privacy laws: passport and identification numbers, citizenship status, payment card details, precise trip locations, and health-related information such as allergies, mobility needs, and medical requirements.
We use this information for one purpose, which is arranging, booking, and supporting the travel you asked us to plan. We do not use it to draw conclusions about you, we do not sell it, and we do not share it for advertising. Because our use stays within the purposes state law permits, the right to limit sensitive information does not restrict it. You can still ask us to delete it under Section 9.
We will tell you before we use your information for a materially different purpose.
If you give us information about someone else, including a spouse, family member, or fellow traveler, you confirm that you have their permission to do so and that you will share this policy with them. Anyone traveling on a booking you make can contact us directly to access, correct, or delete their own information.
Our services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect information directly from anyone under 16. We do receive names, dates of birth, and passport details for minor travelers when a parent, guardian, or authorized adult submits them to book family travel, and we use that information only to arrange the trip. We do not sell or share the information of anyone we know to be under 16. A parent or guardian may review, correct, or request deletion of a minor’s information by emailing privacy@ivylatti.com.
We share information only as far as a booking or a legal obligation requires, with:
We do not sell your personal information, and we have not done so in the past 12 months.
Booking international travel requires sending your name, date of birth, passport details, and stated requirements to suppliers in other countries. Those countries’ laws may protect your information differently than United States law, and their governments may have rights of access we cannot restrict.
Once a supplier receives your information, that supplier’s own privacy policy governs how it is handled. We send only what the booking requires.
Tern is our client management system. Tern states that it encrypts data in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher and at rest using AES-256, applies database-level encryption to passport numbers and similar credentials, aligns its payment workflows to PCI-DSS standards with multi-factor authentication required for card records, and is contractually barred from selling client data or using it to train artificial intelligence models. These measures belong to Tern, are accurate as of the Last Updated date above, and may change. Tern’s current documentation is the authoritative source.
On our side, access to client records is limited to Ivylatti personnel who need it, business accounts require multi-factor authentication, and access is revoked when someone leaves.
No system is completely secure. We do not warrant or guarantee that your information will be free from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, and we disclaim any such warranty. If a security incident affects your information, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as required by law.
We do not sell, rent, or license your records, itineraries, or identity documents, and we do not use them to train artificial intelligence models.
If you live in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Montana, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or another state with a comprehensive privacy law, you can ask us to:
We extend these rights to every client, whatever state you live in. We will not charge you more, serve you more slowly, or reduce the quality of your travel planning because you exercised a right.
How to ask. Email privacy@ivylatti.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line, or write to the address in Section 12. Tell us what you want and the email address or phone number on your traveler profile.
How we verify you. We match your request against our records. For requests involving passport details, payment information, or deletion, we may ask you to confirm two or more details from your profile. We use that information only to verify you.
Timing. We acknowledge requests within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days. If we need longer, we will tell you why and take up to 45 more days.
Authorized agents. Someone may make a request for you with your signed written permission. We may still ask you to verify your identity directly.
If we say no. We will tell you why. You may appeal within 60 days by replying with “Appeal” in the subject line. We will decide within 45 days and tell you how to contact the attorney general in your state.
What we cannot delete. Records we must keep for tax, accounting, insurance, or legal reasons, and information we need to finish a trip you have already booked. Deleting your profile during an active booking may leave us unable to service that trip. Travel suppliers also keep their own records, which we do not control.
Our website uses cookies that are necessary for it to work, to measure page views and referral sources, and functional cookies that remember your preferences. You can reject or restrict cookies in your browser settings. Our website honors the Global Privacy Control signal as a valid opt-out.
You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any message. If you opted in to text messages, reply STOP. Messages about a trip you have already booked, including schedule changes and travel advisories, continue regardless of your marketing preferences.
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling to make decisions about you. Your itinerary is designed by a human advisor.
We update this policy as our tools and legal obligations change. The Last Updated date above shows the current version. We will post material changes on our website and email active clients at least 14 days before those changes take effect.
Ivylatti Travel is the business responsible for the information described in this policy.
This policy is also our notice at collection. Sections 2 and 3 list what we collect and how long we keep it, Section 4 explains why we use it, and Sections 6 and 10 state whether we sell or share it.
